Work-study Description 

As Kepler scales, we want to ensure DE&I remains a core value that is realized in everything from HR practices to admissions policies and pedagogy.  Therefore, the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion manager seeks an assistant who is committed to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from Cohort 2017 and 2018 to conduct research related to the inclusion of the staff and the students regardless of their gender, social status, religion, race, nationality, physical and mentor ability, sex orientation and positions.


Qualifications, Eligibility & Skills


  • Be committed to Diversity , Equity and Inclusion
  • Understanding and embracing diversity without prejudice and segregation
  • Both male and female are eligible to apply
  • Citizens ,Refugees and International students are all eligible to apply
  • Open to discuss critical issues
  • Able to communicate freely with interpersonal skills
  • Technology skills mostly google form, Google sheets. Powerpoint and Microsoft word
  • Being on good academic track
  • Positive attitude towards embracing challenges.




  • Collecting data and information about the Diversity,  Equity and Inclusion
  • Creating surveys to collect information from students and staff 
  • Make regular follow-ups on surveys
  • Analyzing data collected from surveys 
  • Provide detailed reports from Surveys
  • Explaining  DE&I survey to the students 
  • Leading workshops about DE &I on campus 
  •  Collaborating with the staff to communicate issues around diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Student advocate to the diversity, equity and inclusion manager 
  • Completing any tasks as assigned by the  supervisor
  • Organizing event in relation with DE&I
  • Collaborate with vendors when necessary
  • Clear finance related to the DE&I
