Intern Title: Marketing and Development Intern
Internship Duration: 6 months (November 1st, 2020 – April 30th, 2021)
Hours: 15 hours per week
Stipend: USD 120 per month (plus USD 30 for Internet

Organization Background:
Change The Tune dismantles inequitable systems by providing transformational learning experiences. We leverage an interwoven set of creative programming that serves a variety of audiences leveraging universal, culturally responsive connectors, including food and music. Roles and Responsibilities:
The Marketing and Development Intern will assist in the selling of Change the Tune “swag” to help the organization generate revenue for our programs. The Marketing Intern will help build out a website to sell the products, as well as create a sales/operations plan to structure the logistics of the business. In addition to building out an in-house sales platform, the intern will also need to research and attempt ways to sell Change the Tune products on other websites such as Amazon and Etsy. The intern may also assist with grant writing, as Change the Tune pursues additional funding.
