N&U TRADING LTD focuses its core business in providing our customers with a wide range of professional engineering services that cut across engineering materials sales, machine parts manufacture, repair, refurbishment and upgrade of machineries.

N&U TRADING LTD is looking to recruit competent staff to occupy the following positions:

Job summary: Description of  the purpose of the job
A Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans. In this case for engineering products, materials and goods.
Key responsibilities: Brief description of duties or the responsibilities for the job

·         Prepare marketing plans determining specific organization product family needs.

·         Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

·         Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.

·         Stimulate sales activities to attain or exceed revenue objectives on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

·         Update and maintain continuously internal marketing database to precisely reflect sales activities and prospect status

·         Prepare, plan and implement local marketing events, strategies and initiatives to advertise our products.

·         Execute accurately all organization initiatives, policies plus procedures to improve quality, operations and service.

·         Interacting with various manufacturers and clients on daily basis

·         Preparation and submission of tender documents

·         Monitoring performance

·         Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns

·         conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences

·         Planning and presenting ideas and strategies

·         Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information

·         Writing and proofreading creative copy

·         Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics

·         Organizing events and product exhibitions

·         Coordinating internal marketing and an organization’s culture

·         Managing campaigns on social media.

Educational Requirements: The minimum education level required to perform this job.

·         A Bachelor’s degree or associate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business communication or related field.

·         3-5 years’ experience in marketing or sales.

·         Experience in management may be advantageous.

A personal assistant (PA) typically carries out administrative work on behalf of manager or executive in the organization
Key responsibilities: Brief description of duties or the responsibilities for the job
The role of a PA is to free an executive’s time from organizing and administrative tasks so that they can spend maximum time on strategic tasks. Responsibilities typically include:

1.      Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive

2.      Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation

3.      Organizing events and conferences

4.      Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines

5.      Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence

6.      Managing databases and filing systems

7.      Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems

8.      Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients

9.      Collating and filing expenses

10.  Working more closely with management if taking on some of the manager’s responsibilities

11.  Deputising for the manager, making decisions and delegating work to others in the manager’s absence

12.  Being involved in decision-making processes.



Required Education & Experience:
Whereas there are no formal education requirements expected of a Personal Assistant, N&U expects at minimum an associate degree in business communication.
