About Southern New Hampshire University/GEM
Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) is a nonprofit private university with 3000 on-campus students and 80,000 online students. In 2013, SNHU piloted a low-cost university program in Rwanda to serve the most vulnerable learners, including refugees. In 2015, the university opened another campus in Kiziba refugee camp.
