Job Description


  • Customer service


Pick up and answer all calls of our prospects and customers. Report related issues to the sales and operations teams. Track all calls in our new SLMP workflow management system. Suggest improvements based on recurrent calls. Develop FAQ list with answers and train new service agents. Report on a weekly basis on calls received and handled. In a later stage, also a chat functionality will be introduced for customers.


  • Customer sales


Call customers to effectively reduce their backlogs. Test different scripts. Track calls and responses in the SLMP workflow management system and follow up missed calls. Together with the NOTS data engineer, track if customers have followed up their promises and report on this. 


  • Customer operations support


Support the sales and operations teams with providing them with customer information available in the SLMP and follow up with calls when required. Suggest improvements based on received inputs.


  • Website editorial 


Write and edit available information on the website (when available), together with the Marketing team. Add the latest news and milestones. Track website usage through Google Analytics and propose adwords for SEA based on Google Trends. In a later stage, website visualization can become part of the work (in conjunction with or agency)


  • Social media


Manage social accounts on Facebook, Instagram and possibly Twitter (when available). Create daily and weekly posts on relevant topics in close cooperation with the marketing team. Goal is to create a growing fanbase by sharing information on improving people’s daily lives.
