Our Team

Alida Gloria IRAKOZE is the Human Resource Manager at Kepler. She has experience in Human resource management and overall administration in international organizations and UN agencies. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Administration from Mount Kenya University and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Human Resource Management in the Adventist University of Central Africa. She also served the Government as a Councillor in the Kigali City Council and has 10 years of experience working with youth, women and persons living with disability at district, province and national levels both in rural and urban areas.
