Our Management

Cédric is the Director of People, Talent and Culture of Kepler. He oversees the Human Resources strategy at Kepler and supports the HR Team and the Senior Management in areas such as Staff Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations and Employee Engagement.
Prior to joining Kepler, Cédric has been working as an HR consultant or HR Manager for various organizations in many different environments, for example private national and international organizations in logistics (Algeco Scotsman or XPO Logistics), transportation (Veoliatransdev), industry (Groupe Monnoyeur) or real estate (Kaufman & Broad). He also supported the public transport operator for the Greater Paris area (RATP) in reorganizing the finance controlling department and the foundation Saint Vincent de Paul by helping them build an HR service affordable for smaller healthcare organizations in France. In 2014-2015, he worked in Cameroon on the implementation of a Human Resources Information System for the Government (SIGIPES II). He holds a master’s degree in human resources management from the EM Lyon Business School.
