At the Women Deliver Conference 2023 in Rwanda, panelists discussed transformative educational approaches. Ella Ininahazwe, the Preparatory Programs Manager at Kepler highlighted the programs providing tailored educational preparation for girls and students with disabilities. Kepler's inclusive initiatives have resulted in 50% of the university population being women, with high post-graduation employment rates and rapid promotion, exemplifying the power of gender-inclusive approaches in changing the educational landscape for vulnerable communities.
