Ella Ininahazwe, the Preparatory Programs Manager at Kepler highlighted the programs providing tailored educational preparation for girls and students with disabilities. Kepler’s inclusive initiatives have resulted in 50% of the university population being women, with high post-graduation employment rates and rapid promotion, exemplifying the power of gender-inclusive approaches in changing the educational landscape for vulnerable communities.
